Initial Consultation
£75 | 60 minutes
A relaxed, play-based session to get to know your child, discover their strengths and interests, observe how they play and move, and talk about what matters most to you.
Together, we'll consider what may be helpful next.
Initial Consultation Summary Report

An optional personalised written summary of your consultation, including key observations, priorities, recommendations and suggested next steps.

Individual Sessions
£55 (60 minutes) | £80 (90 Minutes)
Personalised one-to-one Conductive Education sessions built around your child's interests, strengths and goals.
Sessions may support movement, coordination, play, communication, motor skills, confidence and independence.
Weekly or fortnightly.
Parent Support & Guidance
£55 | 60 minutes | In person or online
Practical, personalised support to help you feel more confident supporting your child at home.
We'll explore activities, strategies and everyday routines that encourage learning, participation and independence.
Bloom at Home
£65
A personalised Conductive Education programme created around your child's strengths, interests and goals.
You'll receive practical tasks and ideas to use together at home, helping you support your child's learning, participation and independence.
Online Sessions
£40 | 60 minutes
Child-focused Conductive Education sessions delivered online, with you supporting your child at home.
I'll guide you through personalised activities and strategies that you can continue between sessions.
Group Sessions
£30 | 90 minutes (Saturdays: 11:15am – 12:45pm)
Location: Live Well North East (Sacriston, Durham, DH7 6HJ) | For parking use: DH7 6HH
Fun, supportive sessions where children can move, play, learn and interact alongside others.
Intensive Individual Block Sessions
£275 | 60 minutes each day for 5 days
Five 60-minute sessions over five consecutive days, providing focused practice towards a specific movement, communication, play or independence goal.
Grow Together
Bloom Together
Personalised Conductive Education support for nursery and school.
Children learn throughout their everyday routines. Bloom Together brings Conductive Education into your child's nursery or school, working alongside families and the adults who support them.
Support Plan
New Families — £145 | Existing Families — £65
A personalised plan with meaningful goals, practical Conductive Education strategies and ideas to support your child within everyday nursery or school routines.
New families begin with an Initial Consultation. Existing families can build on our previous work through a Bloom Together Family Update.
Guided Support
New Families — £210 | Existing Families — £130
Includes your Support Plan, plus one 60-minute nursery or school visit, including personalised task demonstration and practical staff guidance.
Enhanced Support
New Families — £285 | Existing Families — £205
Includes your Support Plan, plus two 60-minute nursery or school visits, with staff guidance, coaching and review.
Additional Nursery & School Visits
£60 per hour
Additional visits and staff coaching can be added where needed.

Progress & Planning Review

A chance to pause, celebrate your child's progress, talk about what has been working and decide what to focus on next.
A personalised Support Summary is provided following the review.

I can attend meetings and reviews for your child, helping families, settings and professionals work together towards meaningful goals.
Written Reports and Professional Documentation

Personalised written documentation to support your child's educational planning, progress and ongoing support.
My aim is to work alongside you, celebrating the little moments, building on your child's strengths and finding meaningful ways to support them through the things they enjoy and do every day. Together, we'll build confidence, encourage independence and celebrate every step along the way — because those little steps can become part of something bigger.
