Welcome To Conductive Education with Rachel Short 

Conductive Education (CE) is a holistic learning approach based on the educational philosophy of Hungarian Professor András Pető.

CE is a unique system as it integrates education, movement, play, and psychology. 

The approach focuses not only on developing the child's gross and fine motor skills but also on fostering their orthofunctional personality—their self-belief and ability to overcome challenges—encouraging them to become an active learner in their own development. 

It recognises that everyone has different learning needs and supports children in building the confidence to make their personality shine through.

Through structured tasks and rhythm, CE's holistic focus is powerful for building body awareness and developing attention/self-regulation skills.

My mission is to provide Conductive Education sessions in a supportive learning environment to encourage active learning and build confidence in not just their skills but themselves. I believe everyone has the ability to learn and develop skills.
